5. Payments

Projects may require an upfront deposit before development begins.
Final delivery may require full payment before files or access are transferred.
Late payments may delay delivery or support services.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of web development and digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Refunds may only be issued if agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

MR PAY DCME retains ownership of pre-built frameworks, reusable components, and internal systems.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered website or system.
Clients may not resell or redistribute our code as a product without written permission.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

Accurate information and content (text, images, branding assets).
Timely feedback and approvals.
Proper legal rights to any materials provided (logos, photos, etc.).

9. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website online and secure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or server issues may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

MR PAY DCME is not responsible for:

Loss of business, revenue, or data due to system downtime or third-party services.
Errors caused by hosting providers, payment processors, or external APIs.
Security incidents caused by user negligence (weak passwords, compromised access).

11. Third-Party Services

Some projects may integrate third-party services (Stripe, PayPal, Google APIs, hosting, CRM tools, etc.). These services have their own terms and policies, and MR PAY DCME is not responsible for their actions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate communication if a client:

Engages in abusive behavior.
Refuses payment.
Requests illegal or fraudulent services.
